    Quinto capitolo intitolato "La Maschera dei Miracoli" dell'ormai celeberrimo Professor Layton, ancora una volta accompagnato dal fedele assistente Luke e Emmy (già conosciuta nel capitolo "Il richiamo dello Spettro"). Il gruppo dovrà continuare la ricerca di Jean Descole. Si tratta di un capitolo che fa da prequel della prima trilogia e da sequel del quarto capitolo. Sviluppato da Level-5 e distriubito da Nintendo, in Giappone è disponibile dal lancio del Nintendo 3DS, mentre non è ancora stata annunciata una data di uscita americana o europea.
