Prima dell'uscita di WarioWare: Get It Together!, i fan della serie temevano che Penny non sarebbe comparsa in questo nuovo capitolo, data la sua assenza sulle illustrazioni ufficiali del gioco. È stata quindi una piacevole sorpresa scoprire che Penny non è stata affatto dimenticata, ma nascosta verso la fine della storia come personaggio giocabile. Il suo livello consiste in un remix di microgiochi precedenti, accompagnati però da una deliziosa canzone con tanto di testo. Niente di nuovo, visto che le canzoni cantate sono una costante nella serie di WarioWare, e che in passato hanno accompagnato i livelli di personaggi come Ashley e Jimmy T.
Ma questa nuova canzone ha una caratteristica molto speciale, che può passare inosservata agli orecchi meno attenti: nella canzone di Penny, infatti, il testo cambia in base all'esito del microgioco appena affrontato; se superato correttamente, la canzone continua con il suo andamento, in caso contrario la melodia stona per qualche secondo con parole diverse dall'originale.
